According to The Mirror Chelsea want Milinkovic-Savic. Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has reportedly made the Serbian Sergej his first priority when the transfer window opens.
The London club’s transfer suspension lasts until January 2020, but according to The Mirror, the club is convinced that the suspension will be abolished. The appeal will take place on November 20, and the case will be decided before the transfer window opens in January.
The 24-year-old Serbian has been a big profile on the Lazio team, and the Italians want €90 million if they have to let him go, which Chelsea apparently would accept.
According to the media, “The Blues” have already been in contact with Lazio, and informed them that they are ready to pay the full transfer amount.
The midfielder has been a long time transfer prospect for many of Europe’s top club, and this summer Manchester United showed a lot fo interest, but it never got specific.
