Former Roma player, Kevin Strootman may be on his way back to Serie A, where Napoli wants his skills.
In the summer of 2018, Dutch midfielder Kevin Strootman left Serie A as he moved from Roma to French club Olympique Marseille. Now, however, the 29-year-old Dutchman may be on his way back to Italy.
According to Calciomercato, Roma’s Serie A rivals Napoli are having the midfielder on the radar. Strootman is reportedly wanted by the South Italian club as they are not satisfied with the width of the squad. Marseille should be tempted by the possibility as the Dutchman is expensive to operate for the Ligue 1 club.
Strootman has plenty of Serie A experience. In Roma he reached more than 100 matches, where he also made 10 goals and another 16 assists.
